Neo-Nazi converts to Islam, kills other Nazis for insulting new religion.
Devon Arthurs, an 18 year old white supremacist from Florida is facing two murder charges. Now, you may be asking yourself, "Who cares?", or thinking "Good. A Nazi off of the streets". Well this case is far more interesting than that. This white supremacist converted to Islam, and decided to kill two of this Neo-Nazi cohorts for disrespecting his new found faith.
Arthurs was roommates with 22-year-old Jeremy Himmelman and 18-year-old Andrew Oneschuk, the two white supremacists he killed. Along with Arthurs' new religion came an inability to deal with his “friends” intense islamophobia.
According to police, after Arthurs shot and killed his former compatriots, he then went into a nearby smoke shop, took hostages and threatened to kill them. Arthurs was convinced to release the hostages and turn himself in by police. Arthurs was quoted by police saying “I had to do it,” and that “This wouldn’t have had to happen if your country didn’t bomb my country.”
Now, this man clearly has some identity catastrophe going on. First he is a Neo-Nazi white supremacist living with other like-minded scum. Then he converts to Islam and following his extremist past, decided to murder his Nazi scum roommates. This wasn’t enough for him, he had to go terrorize others unaffiliated with his “cause.” It is this writer's opinion that the only good Nazi is a dead one, but I am confused on how or why this self proclaimed Muslim white supremacist came to his decision.
