Home America Property Management. Cheap Housing or Nightmare? You Decide.

I am currently in the process of finding a new home due to life changes. So of course, I am looking around to see what is available on different websites. I frequently utilize Zillow for this kind of search. One home I found for rent there is located on Gettysburg Avenue here in Dayton.

$800 deposit and $399 a month 2 year lease with the option to buy at the end. Sounds like a great deal right? Well, there's a bit more to it than that. The home is offered by a company by the name of Home America. The home is in Dayton, Ohio in Montgomery county. That is the first red flag. When dealing with property management companies, one should always try to find one that is actually headquartered in the state in which the property is being rented or sold. So what is wrong with the property? As a photographer, I believe very much in the old adage that a picture is worth a thousand words.
