Sixty year old Lisa Volio, of Leetonia, OH, was concerned her daughter was "getting into drugs." This is when Volio decided to go looking for her daughter with a .22cal long rifle.

As WKBN reported, a local news outlet;

Lisa Volio was charged with aggravated menacing and using weapons while intoxicated after she showed up at a house on Lincoln Avenue in Salem and threatened people there with a .22 caliber rifle, according to a police report.

The Incident occurred on Wednesday, October 19th at 9:20pm eastern standard time according to local police reports. Lisa Volio appeared in court that next day where she plead not guilty. Her bond was set at $3,000 and a pre-trial hearing was scheduled for December.

What is your opinion on this case? Is this a mother that had good intentions, or does this woman herself have an issue with drugs and alcohol and should be punished?

Leave your thoughts below.
